Founded in 1957 as Yoder Brothers Construction by Carl and Robert Yoder, The Yoder Group, Inc. has grown into a family-owned and operated enterprise, now in its third generation of management. With over fifty talented staff members, we are dedicated to excellence, innovation, and quality. Our meticulous attention to detail, competitive pricing, and commitment to energy efficiency ensure our customers receive outstanding service and value.

Our Evolution and Services
Originally a single-family home builder, The Yoder Group has expanded to offer a wide range of services:
- Construction and General Contracting: Through Yoder Builders, Inc., we provide construction services for single-family, multi-family, and commercial buildings.
- Residential Property Management: Warrior Run Development Corporation manages and leases affordable and luxury housing.
- Acquisition and Land Development: Yoder Development Group, Inc. specializes in acquiring and developing land.
We proudly serve the state of Pennsylvania, offering building and land development capabilities, as well as rental and property management services in central, north central, and northwest Pennsylvania.

Over the years, The Yoder Group has developed, built, and managed homes and properties for people of all financial means. Our strong relationships with local and national housing agencies reflect our dedication to providing diverse housing options for Pennsylvanians. We are deeply committed to community betterment, as evidenced by our staff’s active involvement.
Warrior Run Development Corporation has been a member of the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH) for over twenty-five years. Robert Yoder has served on their Board of Directors, as president, and as chairman. He has also contributed to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh’s affordable housing committee and holds a Rural Affordable Housing executive designation.
Nathan Yoder continues this legacy, serving on the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh’s affordable housing committee and the board for the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing. He is also a council member with the Turbotville Borough.
Michelle Johnson and Betty Douglas, both Leadership Susquehanna graduates, have served in various community roles, including the local chamber of commerce, Junior Achievement, and the Susquehanna Council Boy Scouts of America.
Sustainability and Innovation
The Yoder Group is committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. We utilize alternative energy sources and prioritize energy efficiency. Our corporate office is powered by nearly 900 solar panels, which we installed and maintain.
